Online bidding

In order to access our online bidding service, all new clients are kindly requested to register on elsen.bidinside.com, to agree with the conditions of sale (link), to inform us on the requested credit limit and to provide references from other numismatic auctions or dealers. Registrations are approved after that references have been checked. According to the Belgian regulation on money laundering, all clients buying or asking for a credit limit of 10.000 € or more must be identified with a valid identification document. We comply of course with the regulation on the protection of personal information.

At the end of each auction, a bid report is sent to all clients who used the online bidding service to inform on the results of the bids they submitted. Invoices will be prepared and emailed after they have been checked, with postage and insurance cost calculated. Payment is accepted in cash (restricted to 3000 € in Belgium), by bank transfer, credit card or paypal.
